I bet you can guess that I do! That’s why I was SO excited to attend LoveMexico 2018 hosted at the beautiful Hotel Xcaret. If Hotel Xcaret hasn’t caught your radar yet, allow me to introduce you! Hotel Xcaret is the new hot hotel – owned by the same parent company that brought the parks we all love so much: Xcaret Park, Xel-ha, Xplor and more! As you can see above – the hotel is as incredible as the park. No filter required.

Before diving right into Destination Weddings in the Mayan Riviera, I just want to take a moment and mention how grateful I am to be part of the IADWP (International Association of Destination Wedding Planners). Thank you for putting on incredible trainings and events for all of us every year.

Speaking of incredible venues, a wedding at this resort is managed by the same team that manages weddings at Xcaret park. We had the chance to attend a faux wedding reception in The Circle venue of Xcaret park and let me tell you – it had a room full of wedding planners speechless. If you are looking for a truly unique wedding venue, look no further. This cave venue was absolutely stunning. For those of you following along on instagram stories, I know you love the underground venues! Beaches are so 2017 right ;). I am kidding of course. Beaches never go out of style.

Does the idea of an underground wedding have you intrigued? But the idea of transporting your guests from the hotel to the park has you overwhelmed? Hotel Xcaret has a beautiful underground restaurant that made for a beautiful final reception at the end of the conference. The hotel went all out creating a carnival wedding.

One of the reasons I love attending industry conferences is so that I can learn more and meet people doing the same thing. It was so incredible meeting David Caruso and listening to his presentation on how to truly pursue being an expert in your industry. I am so excited to put to use all of the incredible training!
